Pours a nice reddish brown with decent head. OMG, Best One Yet, but of course, as you know, I am a fan of the category.
Chocolate and roasted malts jump right out on this well balanced beer, not excessively hopped and just nice and refreshing.
A definite buy, and I'll look for this one on my travels through Ontario.

Spark House Red Ale from Lake of Bays Brewing Company in Baysville Ontario. A smooth amber with a nice head. Fruity boquet that is subtle on the palate, mixed with a mixed malt and hoppy flavour, a little nutty and toasty. A complex brew that is very nice. Four bottle caps out of five.
