Sorry for the blurry picture, but I had to use it to make the point that this beer lives up to its name by giving lots of head. After the foam dissapated, the beer was a cloudy brown color. Tastes malty and finishes hoppy, too much so for my taste. It isn't an IPA, but the hops are the dominant flavour coming through. I have to give it a Don't Buy.
Hedonism Red Ale by Ruckus Brewing, Milford NY. Strong head on pour. Red in colour. Off-putting fruity bouquet, worse taste. Bitter without hoppiness, more grapefruit on the palate than sweet citrus for an ale. Kind of metallic aftertaste. No bottlecaps for this brew. Label rated 18A.
