Independence Pass Ale (IPA) (7%, 62 IBU)
It is well known that I am not a fan of the category, and a label of 62 International Bitterness Units had me on guard. This unfiltered IPA poured a cloudy golden Color with a medium head. Lots of floral hop flavour, but surprisingly it did not translate to bitterness. It is a little more bitter than I would normally choose, but for an IPA, very drinkable, particularly with food. I would have another if it were offered.
