This blog is dedicated to reviewing the beers that I sample along my travels. My name is Ted, and I am an amateur beer enthusiast. I know what I like and don't like, and my reviews will be completely biased. For example, I don't particularly enjoy the bitterness of a hoppy beer, so I am not likely to rate any IPA's very high. Your mileage may differ.

2015 Advent Day 2
Lighthouse
Black Sam Licorice Stout (7.2%)
Poured black with a thin head. I taste espresso primarily, not so much black Licorice. A little on the bitter side and thin for a stout, I like them creamy.
This was a very drinkable beer for the season, but not my favorite in the category.
