This blog is dedicated to reviewing the beers that I sample along my travels. My name is Ted, and I am an amateur beer enthusiast. I know what I like and don't like, and my reviews will be completely biased. For example, I don't particularly enjoy the bitterness of a hoppy beer, so I am not likely to rate any IPA's very high. Advent 2017 Day 7
Belgian Ales are another of my favourite styles, particularly Tripels. I could pick out the Belgian yeast in this one blindfolded. It makes my mind return to my visits to Brughes. Very nice example.
