Poured with a bit of sediment from the bottle... Was it bottle conditioned or something?
Anyways, one sip of this and it is pucker time. Very tart, almost like crab apples. Very acidic, tart, even sour.
I drank it but struggled to get to the bottom of the glass.
This beer is in the sour category. With hints of balsamic vinegar. Needless to say I did not enjoy this beer.
